Aircheck with KC9VKV
Tuning around the band I came across this gentleman giving audio reports to other hams. I was so impressed that I decided to give it a try. The video starts at the beginning of our QSO (1:21:47). October 15, 2021.
With Alex, W7HU, live
In this QSO you can tell that conditions on HF are not always ideal, but that is what makes HF unique. Our friend Alex, W7HU, on his live stream. December 8, 2021.
Another contact with Alex
This contact with Alex was on December 17, 2021.
Frank, KB2OOJ, and his story
Another contact with not-so-good conditions, but we managed a good QSO, with a story from a friend. I hope you enjoy it. January 10, 2022.
A kilowatt against 100 watts
Conditions were not very good and I waited until the last moment to say hello. Alex was running a kilowatt and I was running 100 watts, but I was lucky that conditions improved. January 24, 2022.
South Africa on 40 meters
After more than five days without getting on the air, on my first day back I was lucky enough to find a station in South Africa on 40 meters. He was running a kilowatt and I was running 100 watts, and I made the contact. Long live HF! February 6, 2022.
